TeleMed is an independently owned and operated health company dedicated to improving access to health services in regional W.A. 

 

We are a non-corporate enterprise, managed by the owners of the business and our staff and their families who live in the communities in which they serve.

At our new rooms in Busselton, we aim to create a clinical environment which meets the needs of specialist consultants and is efficient, fully managed and tailored to ensure optimal patient care. Two medical suites are be available on a sessional basis. No minimum term contracts and no upfront, fit-out or administrative costs.

Each suite will include:

  • Full reception services – greeting patients, dealing with enquiries and billing,

  • Dedicated assistant – appointment confirmation, completion of a pre-consultation checklist (ensure patient notes, previous test results, etc are readily available),

  • Latest generation telephone,

  • High speed internet access,

  • A partners desk,

  • IT support ,

  • Access to tea room,

  • Reception and waiting area,

  • Free transfers to and from airport (Busselton airport undergoing an upgrade)
